Therefore, our Projects and Programs are the most important elements of our journey and have become the measuring tools to the core functionality of DHARA Sansthan. We deliver our social services by means of effective, robust and result driven projects and programs. Therefore, designing of appropriate projects and their effective implementation are the key requirements and DHARA Sansthan always gives importance towards the same.

Additionally, DHARA Sansthan has already embarked into the journey of social development and witnessed a visible growth spectrum in terms of social works and experience. As we have already implemented a series of different projects and programs across the western region of India, including Rajasthan and Gujarat, we have also established a great level of collaboration with several Local, Regional, National, Govt. and Non-Govt. Organizations, such as- National Foundation for India, Action Aid India, Unnati-Ahmedabad, Chetna- Jaipur, Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, UNICEF, Indo Global Social Service Society, Government of Rajasthan etc.

The Nand Ghar-Project

Nandghar was inaugurated on 24 June 2015, by the Union Minister of Women and Child Development, SMT Maneka Sanjay Gandhi and Mr. Anil Agarwal, Chairman, Vedanta. The Nand Ghar, a first of its kind PPP model, in partnership with the government has potential to be a movement for a holistic approach towards child care and women empowerment.

Mobile Medical Van

DHARA is well known for its excellent services in the field of Mobile Health Van interventions. MHV program started in 2010 onwards & till date assisted 80 villages & communities of Gujarat & Rajasthan state to ensure “ACCESS QUALITY HEALTH SERVICES” in their doorsteps.

Sustainable livelihood in Thar through capacity building and Demonstration

DHARA SANSTHAN is thankful to RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES LTD. for providing a great opportunity to implement the project “Sustainable Livelihood in Thar through Capacity Building and Demonstration” in Barmer as CSR initiatives. Sheo block of Barmer is one of them having Agriculture as main occupation. The pilot study was done on the basis of four parameters like impact of line sowing, improved seeds, sowing against the flow of rain water and RML service.


Vitya Saksharta Abhiyan (Financial Literacy Program) is a program organized by DHARA SANSTHAN jointly in collaboration with IDBI Bank for the purpose of economic and financial empowerment and sustainability of the communities in the villages.
